October Build of the Month - girlie Titus Motolite

This bike has been nicknamed the “girlie bike” around the shop, because of the colors. Not sure if we started calling it girlie first, or our customer did. But either way, it is probably something the Guvernator would call girlie.

Here’s what our customer had to say about this bike…

I asked her how this bike compared to her previous bike:
I now know what it’s like to ride with a stiffer frame and can see how the power exchange really helps. I never really understood this before. For the more technical trails, I ride like a rockstar. Well, I feel like one anyways.

It has a lot more travel on the fork. I don’t think that I even got half of my current travel on the SID. The suspension feels very plush, I can actually see it absorb the bumps. Also, the geometry is a lot more relaxed than my old bike, so this bike is a lot more comfortable.

I never thought of SRAM before, I was such a Shimano girl but the shifting is pretty precise. It took some getting use to but I love it now.

This bike gives me a lot more confidence to handle a lot more technical rides at a faster pace. Whohoo!

When I asked her what she liked about the bike, she responded:
From the girlie aspect – the colors. It’s frosty blue and pink, how much more girlie can you get? From the rider aspect – everything that I mentioned above. Also, I like that I was able to pick out a lot of the parts, with the help of Charles, to make it the best bike for me. That gives me a lot of pride in my new ride.
