Sheldon Brown, 1944-2008

Posted by Patty Tue, 05 Feb 2008 18:31:00 GMT

Today we learned that Sheldon Brown has died. This is a great loss to the American cycling community. Sheldon was a man with great humor and a wonderful philosphy of life that we could all learn to emulate.

Please take a moment out of your day to learn a bit about Sheldon. Visit his wonderful webpages, and read about his special chain cleaning methods, as well as “The bright side of MS”. You will be a changed person.

Ride in peace, Sheldon, with the wind at your back.
